Drawing on 30 years’ experience in the fitness industry in Asia, David Black has created a unique training methodology for Tribal Fitness. The methodology combines proven sports science, latest integrated technology and evidence-based data to deliver optimal fitness results for our members.

David joined the British Army aged 16, becoming an athlete and representing Great Britain in the British Bobsleigh skeleton team. After completing 3 years education in Sports Therapy, as Master Trainer, he moved to Hong Kong to become Training Director at Phillip Wain, pioneers in female health and well-being. Since moving to Jakarta, David has taken numerous leadership roles across international and Indonesian fitness projects.
